Clerk of Works

All WSI staff are experienced ex-trade / supervisory or Construction qualified personnel who are able to demonstrate an ability to identify good from poor standards of construction and Finish and interpret design drawings and specifications.

• Employed by the client but responsible to the Contract Administrator/ Lead Consultant.
• Duties and Responsibilities compatible with JCT and CGWorks etc or similar types of Contract.
• Building and Services Engineering Clerk of Works available.
• Full or part time availability.
• Computer generated reports produced.
• Hourly rate or lump sum fee quotation.
• Quality control and inspection plans offered.
