• Maintenance and Repair Inspections and Clerk of Works Service
• For use where Clients employ an outside contractor to carry out routine or response repairs and where verification of the following is required:
  • That the work has actually been carried out
  • That it has been carried out to the required standard
  • That it has been done in such a way to ensure maximum life expectancy and elimination of repeat repairs.
• Hourly rate charged at standard rate or lump sum agreement fo on going weekly inspections.
• Inspections can be carried out against a 10% sample of work done or 100% if required.
