A flexible & independent approach to Site Inspection ServicesCompany ProfileWessex Site Inspection was initially formed in 1992 from within the National Health service. The team of Building and Services Engineering staff were responsible for the inspection and monitoring of small, medium and multi-million pound capital projects within the Wessex Regional catchment area.In 1997 following an NHS review, Wessex Site Inspection became a Private limited Company retaining many of the original team of inspectors who still today form the majority of staff engaged on various projects around the South of England. This break away from the Health service allowed Wessex Site Inspection to provide services to not only to the newly formed NHS Trusts, but also to other organisations such as Police Authorities, Local Government Authorities, Housing Associations and Design Consultants etc. In its 13 years of providing Site Inspection services Wessex Site Inspection has been involved with over 450 schemes or task related assignments. All Wessex Site Inspection staff are experienced personnel who have spent much of their working life in the construction industry. They are able to demonstrate knowledge of acceptable site management and workmanship practices and advise where standards are not being met. With the ongoing development of the Company as a priority, Wessex Site Inspection now trains and inducts new members of the team into the expectations of a WSI Site Inspector. |
